Danielle Erkmann concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing, general corporate and business representation, and general contract law, including equine law. Her practice entails complex commercial lease and contract negotiation and general business, corporate and professional organization representation. She represents a wide variety of clients including commercial landlords and tenants, developers, corporations, start-up businesses and individuals.

Ms. Erkmann is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Virginia State Bar.

Ms. Erkmann joined Bregman, Berbert & Schwartz in 2002 after obtaining her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in May, 2001.
