Wendy D. Pullano concentrates her practice in real estate including commercial sale, leasing and loan transactions.  Her practice includes default workouts, landlord-tenant repossession actions and collections as well as creditors’ rights in Chapter 11 bankruptcies. She also assists individuals with residential real estate purchase transactions, contract preparation, settlement, deed and title matters, and contract dispute resolution. 

Ms. Pullano earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University in 1982 and received her law degree from the Catholic University of America in 1986. She joined the firm in 2006.  Prior thereto, Ms. Pullano was engaged in the general practice of law including extensive experience in the areas of residential foreclosures, settlements and title matters.
